What Customers Say

Reviews highlight serious and consistent concerns about refund practices, with customers frequently mentioning delayed or withheld deposits despite returning vehicles in good condition, and some reporting complete lack of communication from the company. Multiple customers question the legitimacy of the business operations, citing issues such as no physical location, last-minute car availability problems, and unprofessional communication practices. While a few positive reviews mention good pricing and successful rentals, the overwhelming majority of feedback suggests significant operational and trustworthiness issues that potential customers should carefully consider.
